These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the FEM Forum website (femforum.org), your registration for and attendance at FEM Forum 2026 (the "Event"), and any related services, communications, or materials provided by FEM Forum ("FEM Forum," "we," "us," or "our").

By accessing this website, registering for the Event, or submitting a sponsorship inquiry, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use this website or register for the Event.

About the Event

FEM Forum 2026 is a two-day educational and networking conference for clinicians, health system leadership, and industry partners, focused on advancing iron and bleeding care across every stage of a woman's life. The Event is scheduled for October 23–24, 2026, at the Miami Dadeland Marriott. FEM Forum reserves the right to modify the Event's date, location, format, speakers, or agenda at any time, with notice provided on this website or by email to registered attendees where reasonably practicable.

Registration and Eligibility

Registration is intended for clinicians, healthcare professionals, health system representatives, and industry partners with a professional interest in women's health. By registering, you confirm that the information you provide (including your name, professional role, and organization) is accurate and current. Event registration is processed through our third-party registration partner, Cvent; your registration is also subject to Cvent's applicable terms for the transaction.

You are responsible for safeguarding any registration confirmation or login details associated with your registration and for all activity conducted under your registration. Please notify us promptly at info@femforum.org if you believe your registration has been used without authorization.

Admission and Cancellation

Attendance at FEM Forum 2026 is free of charge. Registration is required for admission and is subject to availability.

Because seating and event capacity are limited, we ask that you cancel or update your registration as soon as your plans change, so that we can offer your spot to another attendee. You may cancel your registration by replying to your confirmation email.

FEM Forum reserves the right to decline, limit, or cancel a registration at its discretion, including in cases of incomplete or fraudulent registration information, capacity limits, or violation of these Terms.

Code of Conduct

All attendees, speakers, sponsors, and exhibitors are expected to treat one another with professionalism and respect. We do not tolerate harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior of any kind at the Event or in Event-related communications. FEM Forum may remove any individual from the Event, without refund, for conduct that violates this policy or otherwise endangers other attendees or staff.

Educational Content and CME Disclaimer

Session content, presentations, and materials provided at or through the Event are intended for general educational purposes only and do not constitute medical advice. Views expressed by speakers are their own and do not necessarily reflect the views of FEM Forum. Attendees should exercise independent professional judgment and consult authoritative sources before applying any protocol, product, or practice discussed at the Event. Where continuing education (CME) credit is offered, credit is subject to the requirements of the accrediting body and attendee compliance with applicable session and evaluation requirements, as described in the Event agenda.

Sponsors and Exhibitors

Sponsorship packages, benefits, and pricing described on this website are subject to availability and to a separate sponsorship agreement executed between FEM Forum and the sponsoring organization, which will govern in the event of any conflict with this website's general description. Submitting a sponsorship inquiry through this website does not guarantee a sponsorship placement or reserve a package.

Photography, Video, and Recording

By attending the Event, you acknowledge that photography, video, and audio recording may take place during sessions, receptions, and networking activities, and that your image or voice may be captured and used by FEM Forum for promotional, archival, or educational purposes, including on this website and our social media channels. If you prefer not to be photographed or recorded, please notify Event staff on site.

Website Use

You agree not to use this website for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the website or interfere with any other party's use of it. Prohibited activities include attempting to gain unauthorized access to the website or its related systems, scraping or harvesting data without permission, and submitting false or misleading information through any form on this website.

Intellectual Property

The FEM Forum name, logo, and website content — including text, graphics, and the agenda — are the property of FEM Forum or its licensors and may not be reproduced or distributed without prior written consent, except as necessary to share information about the Event in the ordinary course (e.g., linking to this website). Session recordings, slide decks, and other speaker materials remain the property of the respective speaker or their institution unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Third-Party Links and Services

This website contains links to third-party websites and services we do not control, including our registration platform (Cvent), hotel booking system (Marriott), and sponsor and partner websites. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of these third parties. Your use of any third-party site is governed by that site's own terms and privacy policy.

Disclaimer of Warranties

This website and the Event are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, FEM Forum makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or availability of this website or the Event, including any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FEM Forum shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website, your registration for, or your attendance at the Event, including damages related to travel, lodging, or business interruption. Because attendance at the Event is free of charge, FEM Forum's total liability for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed one hundred dollars ($100).

Event Changes, Postponement, or Cancellation

In the event FEM Forum must postpone, relocate, or cancel the Event due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control (including venue unavailability, severe weather, or other force majeure events), we will make reasonable efforts to notify registered attendees as soon as practicable using the contact information provided at registration.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to the Event or applicable law. The "Effective date" above indicates when these Terms were last revised. Continued use of this website or attendance at the Event following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.
